Please be advised that, for the purposes of performing SEMERGY’s services, the user’s IP information is stored in the form of cookies by the operator. In addition, the user’s personal information (name and address) and data provided during the SEMERGY process is stored for invoicing and future, repeated performing of SEMERGY. No data gathered in the course of the paid services is passed on to third parties, with the exception of order information (item name, amount, payment reference), which is submitted to the customer’s bank for the purposes of payment via EPS or PayPal. Beyond that no further bank or PayPal information is stored. The user can request the deletion of data provided in the course of the SEMERGY process. Data is processed according to the legal requirements set by § 96 of the Telecommunications Act and § 8 of the Privacy Act.
